Katherine Hauswirth works full time as a medical writer and publishes freelance creative nonfiction and poetry.
Her topics of expertise include medicine, psychiatry, psychology, nature, family, spirituality, self help, and the writing life. Her publication credits include the Christian Science Monitor, Pregnancy, The Writer, Byline, Snowy Egret, Funds for Writers, Women of Spirit, Simple Planet, Wilderness House Literary Review, and many more periodicals.
